Play and Connect - A Chilled Night of Gaming

A laid-back, social evening for anyone who loves video games. Think hanging out with friends after school and firing up the N64, with Mario Kart, Street Fighter, beer pong, and plenty of new people to meet. Guests could jump into friendly challenges, team up with fellow attendees, and even showcase games they had been working on.

Alongside the main Event Space, guests explored two adjacent Gallery Spaces showcasing the work of more than 40 talented artists.
Meet Independent Developers & Video Game Artists
The evening brought together game developers, artists, and enthusiasts in a relaxed environment perfect for networking, sharing ideas, and chatting about favourite games.
Indie Game Showcase
Independent developers were invited to showcase games they had been working on, giving attendees the chance to discover exciting projects in development.
Gaming Challenges
Guests competed in a variety of friendly gaming challenges, including Street Fighter battles and other crowd favourites on the big screen.
Beer Pong
Because no gaming night would be complete without a little extra friendly competition away from the controllers.
Incredible Artwork
As part of Artober, visitors could also explore exhibitions from more than 40 artists across the two adjacent Gallery Spaces.
Relaxed and Sociable Atmosphere
Whether playing, watching, or simply chatting, the event offered a welcoming atmosphere where conversations flowed as easily as the games.
Popup: Brownie Shots
Brownie Shots returned to Artober with another special popup, serving up their rich, homemade brownies to visitors throughout the festival. A familiar sight at community events across Tokyo, their indulgent bite-sized treats have become a local favourite thanks to their comforting flavour and irresistible fudginess.
