Artober 2024: Bringing Art to Life at Hibiya Okuroji

In early October 2024, Artedly was thrilled to host Artober, an 11-day art festival featuring both a gallery and event space at one of Japan Rail’s flagship locations; Hibiya Okuroji. While the gallery showcased the works of 42 talented artists from the Artedly community, the event space was equally alive with creativity, hosting a variety of interactive activities, talks, and workshops that brought people together in celebration of art and community.

A Heartfelt Thank You

Artober 2024 wouldn’t have been the success it was without the incredible support and enthusiasm from everyone involved. To all of our attendees, partners, pop-up shops, and especially the dedicated members of the Artedly community who went above and beyond to bring this event to life – thank you. Your energy and commitment made Artober a truly unforgettable celebration of art and creativity.

A special thank you goes out to Rico, Fabian, and Tim who documented each event with their incredible photography. Thanks to their efforts, we have a vibrant collection of memories to look back on and remember this amazing October 2024.

Throughout the festival, the event space became a vibrant hub for creative expression and community connection. From thought-provoking artist talks to hands-on workshops and interactive pop-ups, each event brought a new layer of excitement and engagement. The lively atmosphere was matched only by the diverse group of attendees, who came together to celebrate art, exchange ideas, and make lasting memories. Artober 2024 was truly an unforgettable experience, capturing the spirit of Tokyo’s art scene in a space that encouraged exploration, inspiration, and connection.
