Artober 2024 took place across two distinct spaces within Tokyo's Hibiya Okuroji, the unique cultural destination owned and operated by JR East, with whom we were delighted to partner for Artober's inaugural edition. The Gallery Space featured the work of 42 photographers and graphic artists across two five-day exhibitions, while the Event Space hosted live performances, workshops, and interactive pop-ups.

Event Space

The Event Space at Hibiya Okuroji provided a vibrant atmosphere and hosted a variety of exciting events and pop-ups throughout Artober, making it a key component of the festival experience.

Spanning 126.14 m², the space also offered drinks, refreshments, and a variety of items for sale, including postcards and prints, helping visitors celebrate art, creativity, and community together.

Gallery Space

Visitors to the Gallery Space at Hibiya Okuroji were able to discover the work of 30 photographers and graphic artists. The first five days featured 15 artists, followed by a new group of 15 for the final five days.

Covering 69.97 m², the space allowed visitors to immerse themselves in diverse artistic expressions and be inspired by the creativity on display.
